Transformational Breath® Circle

Join EMERGE for monthly breath circles, a welcoming community of breathers dedicated to deepening their journey with Transformational Breath®.  Together, we gather regularly to embrace the power of conscious breathing in a supportive group setting.  Each breath circle offers a guided breath session by Sam, space for reflection, and the shared energy of a community committed to growth, healing, and connection.

Whether you are relatively new to Transformational Breath® or already have a regular practice, the breath circle provides a consistent and nurturing space to release tension, expand awareness, and cultivate vitality.  As we breathe together, we create a collective field of transformation that amplifies the benefits for each breather, empowering us to integrate the practice into daily life.

Come as you are, breathe, and be part of a circle that supports your ongoing journey of self-discovery and inner freedom.

To participate in a breath circle, you need to have attended at least one Transformational Breath® introductory sessions or workshops. If you haven't yet experienced Transformational Breath®, please book the introductory workshop or private session.  After this, join us in the circles!

During this nurturing 90 minute breath circle, you will:

- Arrive & Settle – create a calm, welcoming space together

- Connect & Share – brief introductions, sharing, reflecting and grounding as a group

- Set Intention – gently focus on what you’d like to invite or release

- 60-Minute Breath Session – guided Transformational Breath® session by Sam with facilitation

- Closing Sharing Circle – bring back, sharing, connecting, grounding and start process of integration

How to prepare:

  • wear comfortable, loose, layered clothing including socks (no jeans/belts, activewear ideal)

  • no heavy meals in the two hours before

  • bring a notepad, as you may wish to journal

  • bring a bottle of water

  • complete the new client form before attending (if new to EMERGE)

Post session: 

  • keep hydrated as you are detoxing the body

  • avoid alcohol and caffeine

  • take it easy as you are still in process

  • eat nourishing food 

  • try to be in nature, go for a walk, or have a bath and be present with what you are experiencing

  • feel free to contact us with any questions or comments, we are here for you

Whether you are new to breathwork or have a regular practice, this breath circle welcomes all levels of experience.  We just require that you have at least experienced one Transformational Breath® introductory session or workshop before attending a breath circle.

If you need to rearrange the appointment, please provide 48 hours notice and we will try to find another slot for you.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, however, we will endeavour to arrange another suitable time within 4 weeks of the session. You can find our terms & conditions here.
