I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Transformational Breath® session(s) with EMERGE and take full responsibility for my participation in these sessions.

I understand that Transformational Breath® involves hands on bodywork, in order to promote a healthy breathing pattern.

I understand that if I have any medical concerns it remains my responsibility to consult a medical professional & inform my breathwork facilitator.

I understand that Transformational Breath® makes no claim to cure any specific condition and gives no guarantee as to an outcome.

I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any medical concerns or discomfort before or during the Transformational Breath® session(s). I also understand that I have the right to stop or modify my participation in the session(s) at any time.

I agree and release from liability & indemnify and hold harmless the Transformational Breath Foundation (TBF), EMERGE, the facilitators and any employees representing or related to TBF, EMERGE or their activities.

I agree to the cancellation policy of EMERGE, whereby I need to inform EMERGE of any session cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment in order to reschedule this appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, however, we will endeavour to arrange another suitable time within 4 weeks of the session.
