About the Founder
Samantha founded EMERGE in 2024, feeling inspired to share all the powerful tools she has used to feel free, empowered and connected to her authentic self. Her vision is to help as many people as possible go within and resolve any mental and physical blocks which are preventing them living the life they are here to live.
Back in 2012, Sam was living in Sydney working long days in eCommerce, travelling the world, pushing her body to the limit through exercise and socialising, and wasn't very conscious of what she was consuming. She was unconsciously running away from a deep pain, distracting herself in any way she could, so disconnected to her body and her feelings that she had no idea what was coming. Suddenly, she had an extreme pain in her back and stomach and had to have her gall bladder removed urgently. Not long after this dramatic event, she started to feel very lost, disconnected and depressed. Living in Sydney, she was exposed to lots of interesting holistic modalities which she started to explore. She certified as a 200HR Hatha Yoga teacher and used her yoga practice to deepen her connection to her mind, body and soul, along with her meditation practice and various other energy work. Wellbeing became her way of life as she felt more aware of herself, and more connected to herself and others.
Over 10 years on, moving from London to Berkhamsted and now a wife and Mum of two beautiful children, she knew she wanted to create a business which supported people in finding the connection and lightness that she lives by each day, and then she discovered breathwork!
Well, breathwork somehow came knocking on her door and it blew her mind! It was the most powerful tool she had ever used and she knew after doing a week of intensive breathwork (Transformational Breath® Seminar), this was the tool she needed to share with the world. So, she decided to embark on a 2 year long professional training path and is now a Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator.
For Samantha, Transformational Breath® enabled her to resolve unprocessed emotions and trauma from her body, which she inherited from her maternal line and also from the childhood trauma of losing her mother. It's a tool Samantha uses every week to integrate and resolve tension in the body, to connect to her soul and to the lightness of who she is and also to connect with her mother and loved ones. And it's just our breath!
