Start your Friday with an hour dedicated entirely to you.
Move & Breathe is a gentle, nourishing class designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and create space before the weekend begins. Whether you've just dropped the kids at school, are taking a morning for yourself, or simply feel called to slow down and reset, you're welcome here.
We'll begin with around 15 minutes of mindful movement — a blend of yoga flows, somatic movement, and gentle stretching to release tension, awaken the body, and bring you into the present moment.
From there, we'll transition into conscious connected breathwork, a guided breathing practice that can help reduce stress, increase clarity, release stored emotions, and leave you feeling more grounded, energised, and connected.
After the session, you're invited to stay for a relaxed chat and coffee with the group. There's no pressure to stay, but it's a lovely opportunity to connect with others and ease into the rest of your day.

Includes: Movement, breathwork, and optional coffee & connection afterwards
