Transformational Breath® sessions offer a powerful and enlightening experience, helping individuals to harness the healing potential of their breath. During these sessions, participants are guided through breathing techniques designed to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote a deeper connection to oneself.
The process encourages a state of awareness, allowing individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. As the breath flows more freely, many experience profound insights and a sense of clarity, paving the way for personal transformation.
With skilled facilitators leading the way, each session becomes a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, ultimately fostering a greater sense of wellbeing and inner peace.
Whether you are seeking to overcome challenges or simply wish to enhance your mindfulness practice, a Transformational Breath® session can be a valuable tool for personal growth and healing.
Typical Introductory Session format:
Initial consultation: detailed introduction to Transformational Breath® and what to expect. Discuss your expectations, what brought you to EMERGE and review your medical conditions.
Set an intention: find an intention for the session, coached and supported to find the intention which resonates best.
Breath session: 45 mins of active coaching in breath technique, 15 mins of integration
Closing session: grounding, de-briefing post session

If this is your first time practicing Transformational Breath®, please book this introductory session. From then onwards, you can book follow up sessions as an experienced breather. It is recommended that you book at least 3-5 sessions (ideally 10), to fully embrace the technique and see the best results.
How to prepare:
wear comfortable, loose, layered clothing including socks (no jeans/belts, activewear ideal)
no heavy meals in the two hours before
bring a notepad, as you may wish to journal
bring a bottle of water
Post session:
keep hydrated as you are detoxing the body
avoid alcohol and caffeine
take it easy as you are still in process
eat nourishing food
try to be in nature, go for a walk, or have a bath and be present with what you are experiencing

If you need to rearrange the appointment, please provide 48 hours notice and we will try to find another slot for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, however, we will endeavour to arrange another suitable time within 4 weeks of the session. You can find our terms & conditions here.
